These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LaunchHandyman app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

LaunchHandyman helps solo handymen and small crews run the business side of their work — creating estimates, scheduling jobs, sending invoices, and recording payments. The Service is provided as software to help you manage your business; you remain solely responsible for the work you perform, the prices you set, and your obligations to your customers.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be of legal age to run a business in your jurisdiction.

Your content

Estimates, invoices, customer and property records, photos, and notes you create remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store the customer information you enter.

Estimates, invoices & payments

LaunchHandyman generates estimates and invoices from the information you enter and records how jobs were paid (cash, cheque, e-transfer, or card) for your bookkeeping. We are not a party to the agreement between you and your customer, and we do not guarantee payment. Today the Service does not process card payments; if payment processing is added, it will be handled by a third-party processor under its own terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Billing is not active during the current pre-launch period. When paid plans launch, pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented before you are charged, and continued use of paid features will require an active subscription.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access other users' data, no reverse engineering, and no use that disrupts or degrades the Service for others.

Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and LaunchHandyman is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date; material changes may be communicated in-app or by email.
